Hello and Welcome!
I am Nicole Bugeja and I was born and raised in the village of Siggiewi, in Malta. I have always had a love for creative expression, particularly through the performing arts – my first memory of being on stage is at age 6 dressed as an angel in a lilac-coloured dress – I saw my dad smiling at me and I grinned through the rest of the show!
In my everyday life, I coach Public Speaking, Performance Confidence and Actor Training influenced by my academic and practical experience in the performing arts.
I have been professionally active in this field for over twenty years, learning from the research theatre group Icarus Performance Project (Malta) and from international performance masters around Europe.
Alongside this practice, I also gained a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Theatre Studies, as well as a Doctorate in Actor Training with a focus on mind, body, and voice techniques.
After becoming a certified teacher and following ten years of inviting students to flourish in Malta, I ventured to share my skills as academic lecturer at the University of Chester in the U.K, where I also gained further pedagogical training.
Following this three-year curve of teaching and learning, I returned to Malta with a refreshed passion to help people overcome fears and blockages related to public performance, with the aim of helping them reach their full potential within an increasingly visual, extrovert and exposed society.
It is with complete conviction that I tell my future clients that it is out of their most vulnerable situation that they can find clarity, experience confidence and reach charisma.
